| Due to the unique design of POWER+™ Followers*, POWER MAGS+™ are lean and sleek. New 8 and 10 round Stainless Steel POWER MAGS+™ don’t require extra long magazine tubes or protruding, chunky bases like other brand 8rd mags. POWER MAG+™ have larger spring coils, more spring coils, more POWER than any similarly sized 1911 mags. Unlike plastic, all steel followers are unmatched in strength, never wear our, are impervious to heat, & require only a minimal amount of bearing surface to mag tube; yielding greater margins for continuing reliability when used in dusty/grimey environments and/or when cleaning and maintenance is not practical in between usages. POWER SERIES™ designs are unique to CMC magazines which are 100% built on tooling owned by CMC, resulting in die controlled tolerances with standards 75% tighter than Mil-Spec standards used by other brands. | ||
